Choosing Sara & Ryan Gerbino's Sir Grout franchise, was by far one of my better decisions, I'm am so happy with my floors. They were so professional and did an amazing job (keeping me informed from day one and the entire process)! I left a more detailed review on their site, I was skeptical bc so many companies (all types of services) promise the best, but my experiences over the years have fallen short of the promises. Sara and Ryan kept their word and addressed my OCD issues of moving into a house that I wasn't the first owner and had to walk on floors where I knew I wasn't the first to walk on them. I felt like I had new friends at the end of the process and am thrilled with how good they look. They also had the nicest and hardest working young man with them, I was amazed by his work ethic very rare for this day and age. I won't use anyone else to help with my tile floors!!! Wishing Sara, Ryan and all of Sir Grout the very best!
It is such a pleasure to write this review because my experience with Sir Grout was truly exceptional! Sara is extremely knowledgeable of her products, has excellent communication skills both in person and through email, is very personable and very respectful of your home. She also welcomes questions and answers in detail. All of these qualities made my decision to go with Sir Grout to clean and color seal my master bathroom floor an easy one! Ryan's work is totally professional and he is neat, leaving nothing for the homeowner to clean up after he leaves. This is by far the best home improvement experience I have had in my 14 years in my home. I highly trust and recommend Sir Grout!
Sir Grout came out to address a problem we had with a bathroom floor and shower. The floor and shower were re-grouted and color match was perfect.
Wish I had known a year ago when we bought this 25 year old home with "brown" grout. I had the whitest white put down and I am so in love with the floors now. It is an amazing product and the entire company that came in my home were professional, efficient and knowledgeable and friendly. I am beyond pleased!
Ryan and Jamal were the best. They did a beautiful job and far exceeded our expectations. They worked fast without cutting any corners. The damaged grout in our kitchen was repaired, and the result was as good as it was when we bought the house fourteen years ago. I would recommend them highly. We're extremely satisfied!
Above 5-star experience. My floors look as they did 10 years ago. I highly recommend Sir Grout.
